Learning objectives:

Master all aspects of the risk identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring.

The scenarios correspond to different portions of the supply chain, in the same case study as Part 1.

This practice aims at addressing all integrative aspects of Pharma Supply Chains from structure to operations. It is a proficiency exercise, aligned with the concepts taught on Part 3 of the Integrated Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management course.

Learning objectives:

Master all aspects of the integration and coordination of the Supply Chain players and activities to achieve maximum performance in spite of many risk factors in the context of Pharmaceutical products which are sensitive to many environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

The scenarios are of increasing difficulty.

This practice is based on the Supply Chain Immersive Learning Simulation (SCILS) and is aligned with the concepts introduced in the integration pillar at level 3 of the competency framework of the Supply Chain Foundation.

Storyline: CFO is giving the objective to optimise cost while meeting customer demand. The Planning manager has to identify all cost dimensions and make decisions to balance fulfilment rate and cost

This practice is an introduction to end-to-end Pharma Supply Chains from structure to complexity. It is a discovery exercise, aligned with the concepts taught on Part 1 of the Integrated Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management course.

Learning objectives:

• Identify the inter-dependencies of the various roles along a supply chain as an illustration of the principle of a chain: all depend on each one.
• Realise the complexity of reaching satisfactory performance across all the supply chain functions. This is an illustration of the principle of a chain: there are many aspects to take into account.
